A wholesome and delicious granola recipe made with peanut butter, perfect for breakfast or snacks.

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup seeds (e.g., pumpkin or sunflower seeds)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, seeds, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) together until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well-coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crunchy.
  7. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
