Juicy chicken, crunchy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing all nestled in delicious Hawaiian rolls, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and ranch dressing in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on the chicken mixture.
  6. Combine the melted butter, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the top of the rolls.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation and crispy bacon for added crunch. Feel free to customize by adding cheese or vegetables.
