Scale
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  2. Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and clean the grates thoroughly.
  3. Season the halibut fillet lightly with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  4. Place the halibut on the grill, skin-side down, to prevent sticking.
  5. Brush the top of the fillet generously with half of the prepared orange Dijon glaze.
  6. Grill for about 10-12 minutes or until the fish becomes opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
