2 packages (100g each) Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 cups (480ml) Whole Milk (Cold)
1 cup (245g) Sour Cream (For stability and tang)
1 cup (150g) Fresh Blueberries (Whole)
1 cup (150g) Chopped Red Berries (Strawberries and Raspberries)
1/2 cup (120ml) Apricot Preserves (Strained for the amber glaze)
2 cups (480ml) Heavy Whipping Cream (Cold)
2 tbsp (15g) Powdered Sugar (Divided for cream and dusting)
1.5 cups Assorted Fresh Fruit (Raspberries, halved strawberries, and chopped peaches)

Prepare the Cake: Follow the instructions on the angel food cake mix box and bake until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
Assemble the Filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thick. Fold in the sour cream, blueberries, and chopped red berries.
Layer and Glaze: Slice the cooled angel food cake into layers. Spread a layer of the filling on the bottom layer and gently place the next layer on top. Repeat with remaining layers. Warm the apricot preserves slightly and strain to remove pulp. Drizzle over the top of the cake.

Top each slice with additional fresh fruit or a dollop of whipped cream. Dust with powdered sugar for an elegant touch.
