Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
  3. Once cooled, pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  4. Transfer the riced cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  5. In a bowl, mix the riced cauliflower with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Shape the mixture into a pizza crust on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Add your favorite toppings and bake again until the cheese is melted.

Notes

Make sure to squeeze out as much moisture from the cauliflower as possible for a firmer crust. Experiment with different cheeses or spices.
