Ingredients
Scale
1 lb refrigerated pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 lb Genoa salami, thinly sliced
1/4 lb deli ham, thinly sliced
1/4 lb pepperoni, thinly sliced
6 slices provolone cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low-moisture)
1 large egg (beaten)
1 tbsp water
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Marinara sauce, for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the pizza dough into a 10×14-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Layer the fillings onto the dough, starting with provolone cheese, followed by salami, ham, pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella, leaving a 1-inch border.
Roll the dough up tightly into a log from a long edge. Pinch the seam and ends to seal completely. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Beat the egg and water together in a small bowl. Brush the egg wash over the entire surface.
Cut 4-5 slits across the top of the dough to allow steam to escape. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Let the stromboli rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with marinara sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for crispy texture.
