  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, egg, and sugar until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the basket, shaping them into small donut holes.
  8. Cook in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
