Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
