  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups biscuit dough (optional, for topping)

Instructions
