Ingredients
Scale
16 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 ounce packet dry ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix in a medium mixing bowl. Stir with a spatula or use an electric mixer on low speed until smooth and well combined.
Fold in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions. Reserve a small amount of each for garnish.
Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with reserved bacon, cheese, and green onions when ready to serve.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. You can make it a day in advance and store it in the fridge.
