A delicious way to enjoy a classic Caesar salad in dinner form with tender chicken breasts coated in creamy Caesar dressing and topped with cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breasts (approx. 680g, thick cut)
  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing (240ml, high-quality refrigerated style)
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream (120ml, full-fat for stability)
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese (170g, shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (45g, grated)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (8g, finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Coarse Black Pepper (2g, freshly cracked)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the Caesar dressing with sour cream until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and cover them with the dressing mixture.
  4. Sprinkle black pepper on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the dish and add the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
  7. Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the Caesar dressing a few hours before baking. Use fresh herbs for added brightness. For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
